Bio CP 70 (Fish soluble)

Fish protein's hydrolysate obtained through a process, where fresh fish's by-products are hydrolysed using not OGM natural enzymes . The hydrolysed suffers a flash pasteurization process and spry drying. The raw material is daily picked up in the best freshness conditions to qualitatively and quantitatively preserve the amino acids and avoid lipid's oxidation. Then some antioxidants and non-agglomerating agents are added to guarantee the stability of the final product.
